THE ETHOS AND VALUES OF THE SCHOOL

On many occasions visitors to our school which of course include parents, comment on the warm welcome they receive and the politeness of our pupils.  The Inspection Report of 2008 noted: “Eagleswell primary is a caring, friendly school, which promotes pupils’ personal development.” “Pupils are well behaved, courteous and polite to each other.”  “The school promotes pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development well.”  “Pupils are encouraged to develop a clear sense of what is wrong and what is right and to support each other throughout the school day.”  “The pastoral care and well-being that pupils receive from adults in lessons and on a day to day basis in this happy, friendly school is good.”
